Reservation Agreement

All quoted rates Do Not include the 9.7% MA room tax. Also please note that rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum stays vary from season to season and special holiday rates may also apply.

All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional people are permitted in a number of rooms and room types, additional charges do apply.

Minimum stays vary during the seasons. July and August require a 4-7 night minimum stay requirement over a weekend (depending upon the weekend) unless existing reservations allow for a "window of opportunity" between reservations that allow for a shorter-term stay. Please call for availability. Holidays such as Memorial Weekend, July 4th, Carnival, Woman's Week, Columbus Weekend, Thanksgiving, and New Years all have specific minimum stay requirements.

A 50% deposit is taken at the time of making the reservation. Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. Reservations that are cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a cancellation fee. As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays and a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for ALL cancellations regardless of notice. All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of Massachusetts. We always suggest you consider trip insurance.

Our Policy on Children
The Inn is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Since it is not an appropriate environment for children, no one under the age of 16 is permitted at the Inn at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.

Pets Policy
We love well behaved dogs!  We have one pet room at the hotel, Room 201. One dog is allowed with no weight limit or size limit. Please call to inquire. Sorry no cats. There are also excellent boarding kennels in the area we can recommend.

Smoking Policy
There is NO SMOKING allowed in any of the rooms. You are allowed to smoke outdoors and on balconies. Any guest violating the non-smoking rule will be billed an additional $500 per night for clean up costs to the room.

Check in time is anytime after 3pm and checkout is at 11am.

Parking is provided free for one car per room. All cars must be removed from the property at checkout time.
