Who should I contact regarding having a wedding at Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa?

| Can I Have My Wedding Ceremony on the Grounds?
Yes. Crowne Pointe offers several distinct locations for your wedding ceremony. To set up an appointment for a property tour and/or a consultation, please contact us by e-mail or call 508-487-6767.
| What are your menu offerings?
Please consult our wedding representative to discuss menu options or view our samples on the website. Our Executive Chef is available for help in customizing your specific menu needs. Please view our special events menu
| What is your payment policy?
To confirm any date a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. All deposits are applied to your final invoice. Our deposit schedule includes:
- An initial deposit taken at the time of booking
- Six month deposit
- Six week deposit
- Final payment is due 14 days prior to the date of the event.
| What taxes and tips are we billed for?
All banquet prices are subject to a 5% Mass. meal & beverage tax and an 18% house fee. The house fee represents a tip or service charge for the wait staff, employees, service employees, or service bartenders. If additional staff is required for the event additional costs apply.
| Where should I order my flowers?
Crowne Pointe can provide centerpieces and floral arrangements for catered events. To set up an appointment for a property tour and/or a consultation, please contact us by e-mail or call 508-487-6767.
| Do you provide china, linen, tables and chairs?
We do provide china, silver, tables and chairs as part of your wedding package. Specialty wedding linen and chair cover rentals can be arranged by our Catering Manager for an additional charge.
| Can I bring in an outside caterer, florist or outside chair and table rentals?
Crowne Pointe does not allow any florist, food, beverage or furniture rental from outside the property. Sorry, no exceptions.
| How many guests can you accommodate for a wedding?
We can accommodate between 35 and 50 guests for a wedding dinner. Our property is an intimate setting and we specialize in small weddings.
| Do you welcome same sex marriages?
Yes!, we have opened our arms to hundreds of same sex marriages. Same sex, opposite sex unions are treated one in the same at Crowne Pointe. Your special day will be treated with signature Crowne Pointe attentive service. (Additional Info)
